The process included an initial informal meeting, followed by a more semi structured interview, then references were provided. A offer was provided by email to me. Based on advice of employment counsel I had a few changes required in the contract offer. Casey House honour these requests and the turn arond on the signing of the offer by myself and Casey was done in a day.
