After my initial application via the website, I was contacted for a phone interview. This was followed by an in-person interview. I had to contact the company via phone to clarify some information but found that none of the correspondence contained any contact information other than the email address. This was a bit frustrating as their website was also not helpful in this situation. After the interview, there was absolutely no follow-up. I was told that I would hear something within a week. Not only could they not send a form email stating that I had not been selected for the job, they also could not be bothered to answer a direct inquiry. I find this to be highly unprofessional.
