Cascade Manor interview questions

CM has been posting for a weekend 1-8pm receptionist several times for awhile now. No hourly rate listed. It's also the kind of application that makes you repeat everything through their portal that is already on your resume. I was called in for an interview and met with their entire front desk team. They were all very nice and pleasant. At the end I was ambushed with "Are you willing to work full time?" Well...I was there interviewing for a weekend position for a reason. I was very honest with them that I have my foot in the door with a couple of other opportunities and the reason I was there was because the schedule they posted was the right fit for my life. It became clear they were in fact looking for something different than what they had posted for. I was also shocked that they were willing to ask me if I was willing to work full time while leaving me completely blind as to what the hourly pay rate was. Turns out the rate is the lowest I have been offered on my job search at 15.50 an hour. Management in this community puts on a phony friendly face but at its core clearly lacks respect, integrity, clarity, transparency and honesty. It's a shame how job seekers are treated these days. Note to management: follow the golden rule and have some consideration for people who have applied to work for you. It's the right thing to do.
