Cascade Corporation interview questions

Initial interview is for hiring at "temp status." This interview is fairly casual and includes a tour of the plant. Every year or so the company hires for "full time status" and this interview includes all managers in the plant. (up to about 8) This interview is quite similar questions but they maybe looking for better answers this time.
