Cascade Community Federal Credit Union interview questions

First impressions seemed to be good; good office environment, positive atmosphere, everyone was properly distanced. We sat for the interview (an employee, the store manager and I), and once again the tone seemed overall positive. Unfortunately, it seemed the manager judged me by my age, saying my generation didn't survive well with the 3-5 commitment it takes to progress. I was told I didn't seem ready for the commitment of a "real career" (even though I have been working since I was 16), and was told to come back in 2 years when I've "had more life experience".
