Recruiter was professional but never contacted me after the interview to let me know of my status. No email, call, nothing. I thought this was very off putting and not professional at all.

Interview
I had a screening interview over the phone. It was pretty basic "get to know you" questions. There were no curveballs in the first round interview. The main goal was to get to know more about me as a student and what I am looking for in an internship.
The Zoom interviews were pretty intimidating but doable. The questions were very personality-based rather than technical, so be prepared to talk about yourself. Make sure you are 100% honest with your answers because they will be able to tell if you are lying.
