I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carter's (Birmingham, AL) in Mar 2015
Interview
Basic questions. Once I arrived for the interview, the group went to the food court. Everyone took turns answers the same questions. It's actually better that why. It gives you time to think. I was able to use someone's answer in a different format. They also asked about working on weekends. How do I feel about working nights.
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Carter's (Bronx, NY)
Interview
Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
