It was about a hour long; maybe we just was talking a lot. It was questions printed off and I needed to answer them. Some of the questions were repeated. Then I had a second interview with district manager.

The interview process was Very fast an easy my first time speaking to the manager she called an asked me question over phone then she invited me to come into store for interview the very next day my second interview was through zoom I got a call next day with job offer

Had two interviews; 1 with assistant manager and 1 with store manager. (Luckily both were available to complete the interview on the same say)
Had to do a background check which took one week to process.
Once that was completed I received a job offer.
The hiring process is pretty lengthy.
During the interview I was asked basic questions and was asked to demonstrate strong leadership skills. So my advice is to be truthful, confident, and show them that you can be a strong leader.

Question 1
There is a test that they make you do after about your managing skills. It's a booklet and I wasn't expecting to have to complete it after the first interview. Make sure you read the questions carefully. Some questions are very similar.
