Carter Hospitality Group interview questions

HR emailed for an interview, and never replied. I also left phone message. A week later I recieved a call to see if I was still interested. I was. We had a in person interview. The HR representative had been at the property a long time. Too long. Very closed off and limited in her understanding of hospitality. They did not seem to understand or know much of the industry, only THAT property. She even stated that she moves and does what ever the owner wants. It was weird. The GM was great. Had ideas, but I had a feeling HR and Ownership would shut him down. Ultimately they did and he was let go. If you want to work somewhere that's stuck in the past, with leaders guarding their salary (which is also not competitive for the area or the amount of work. Complex Director for manager money haha, no). I was offered a job. Declined in person and over multiple calls.
