Initial phone screen, In person interview, then ghosted. Finally got the standard rejection after many weeks. Awful experience. I see why their employee reviews are so bad. I was overqualified and instead of being decent people, they just pretended I didn’t exist.

Different style of leadership was practiced v. discussed. Micro management incorporated heavily and no trust in employees with directives given to directors instead of letting directors direct. Purchased by another college and culture is all over the place, no cohesive direction on any campus or within leadership.
