Simple and straightforward. Discuss experience, skills, and knowledge of accounting. Flexible with school, and discussed pay as well. Questions on how you deal with teams and working on projects. Better if you have CPA or the company may offer assistance. There’s many positions too for all kinds of degrees and specialties.
2 steps, virtual with a manager then in person with a group of partners. It was straightforward and I was hired. They were flexible with my start dates and transparent with salary, benefits, and more.
