I applied online. I interviewed at Carlson, Brigance & Doering
Interview
The owner of the company does the interviewing. It can be over the phone or in person. Fairly casual experience with the interviewer doing most of the talking. An offer was given on the spot.

Interview
I have interviewed for countless jobs throughout my career. I believe this was one of the first 5 interviews I had for full-time positions, and the interviewer Brendan was incredibly rude. I have never had an interview where the interviewer was deliberately signifying that he was looking down upon me and that I would not be an asset to the firm. Maybe he was having a terrible day, but either way, I've never had an interview experience like that. He was just incredibly negative and spoke to me like I was an idiot for not being very experienced.

Interview
Very professional, the interviewer was very informed and prepared for the interview. Good conversation about opportunities within the company. The actual location of the office was the deal-breaker for me.
