Carlsberg Group interview questions

The interview process consisted of an online application, followed by an HR screening interview and a hiring manager interview. The questions focused on my background, leadership experiences, teamwork, and interest in the Graduate Trainee Program. The process was professional, straightforward, and the interviewers were friendly throughout.

The interview process had two stages. First, I had a 30-minute call with HR. She asked basic questions about whether I was a student, my previous experience, and my familiarity with Excel. After that, I had a second interview with a director, which also lasted around 30 minutes. The overall process was clear and professional.
