It was like pulling teeth met with two very agitated and intimidating RN's. One of the Directing RN's RN's one who grilled me about acronyms and then asked for what she had taught me then said it was a good thing I wrote it down, What? Then she went on to micromanage me and I did not even start working there, just an interview lady. She stated that even though we scheduled our own home visits and if work is completed early and complete units for the week early (units are assigned to home care visits and new case are more than ongoing home care case management) I was to treat the job like a nine to five and not go to the park and play with my kids, wait what???? What park did I go to instead of work I have not even been made an offer. I will thank her for giving me a window of what I would be in for if I started working there. Side note off is is a mess and disgusting, bathrooms are pigsty I have seen welfare offices with better working environments. Only on paper no electronic record keeping so sad to think they have a huge case load.
