It was a job fair, they had multiple stations offer different positions, they had interviews, drug screenings, applications. They had gifts at the end of the interviews, they were very nice.

Talked to a hiring recruiter then manager, both were super friendly and made the interview relaxed and easy. Asked basic personality questions as I didn’t have previous healthcare experience. As long as you’re honest and have common sense/drive to learn they seem willing to hire you.

Question 1
Describe a time you were put in a difficult situation and how you handled it. How do you work in a team/group setting
Very easy, interviewer was very kind. I had two interviews, one being a video chat interview, and then a shadow interview to see if I was comfortable with the environment. The shadow interview lasted a little bit over an hour and then they gave me the job offer.

Definitely get asked logical questions but overall the HR department was extremely nice and the interview was a bit nerve wrecking and anxious, however they did let me ask questions and had a great discussion
