Interview
Very simple, standard customer service interview. I was asked about my job history and why I wanted to work there and what my aspirations were with the company. I was also asked about my availability and other things you would expect from a job interview.
In person interview after asking for a position in person and receiving a paper with steps to apply online. This was a U of MN caribou so it was pretty straight forward and I was hired after the interview the next day.
Did two interviews. It was cool. But two seemed a bit much for a barista role. But it did show they were looking for someone who was serious. It was pretty laid back and went well

Interview
Straight-forward and simple, manager asked me about my experience, my availability, and how my being a full-time student affected my scheduling. Very professional, and clearly had strong corporate standards for processes and dealing with employees.
