Interview
Had a phone interview with HR and the hiring manager. Then had a 3 hour in person interview with HR, the hiring manager and people from other teams. You had to create a 1 page presentation and present it in each of the interviews - took a lot of research and design time.
After not getting the position, I got called back for another open position. Same process, but took even longer.

Interview
The interview process was long with three rounds of interview: phone screen, hiring manager, and panel interview. Each interview was back-to-back and all with different team members. The entire interview process from start to finish took two months. I waited to hear back for three weeks after the interview only to reach out twice just to find that they hired an internal candidate instead. It felt like if I hadn't reach out, I would've just been ghosted.
