Overall Company is good with good infrastructure, but due to some flaws (employee who is not aware of the technology and just surviving somehow 😂) is damaging the reputation of organization. My Suggestion to Human Resource is please fire such useless persons for the welfare of the organization. Process is good and you can identify the interviewers taking interviews without having minimal knowledge about it. Situations - Array Duplicate Logic - I used spread with set operator. He doesn't knew what is set operator in JavaScript. He was knee about getting to know the concepts. Situation 2) Doesn't know what is transpiling, filter , reduce operator etc I bluffed him to cross check his knowledge by using Contains function in one of the flow. JavaScript has includes prototype for the info just added. Overall for the betterment of the organization and interview candidates please save your time looking at the reviews. This is not only my experience, even before I go there few reviews were posted and now it was my experience.
