I applied for ETL Lead - Teradata, Informatica via Bhawan cybertek and interview took place in Chennai for Bangalore location. This Legato Company is a service based and has majority projects for ANTHEM, or ANTHEM may be the only client...Interview was very slow, Intially for every candidate Panel was taking 1 hour, I waited for 5 hours for my turn, 6 member panel could not finish 15 folks within 5 hours hmm... During my turn interview, he was very hurry giving me complex query to solve and in parallel asking me non technical question about project work. I think he was more interested about my Company rather than interviewing me, gave me only 1 query to solve and before even i came up with answer he was asking about agile, how do u manage your team , any performance initiative done by you etc and finished off the interview.
