Easy step by step interview process typical for hybrid/remote position. Had several interviews and opportunities to speak with HR, hiring manager, and even current employees. I had never had a peer interview before but it was a very helpful new experience

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Careforth in Nov 2020
Interview
Phone interview was about half he. questions back to back. Wasn't ready for it. It was tougher than manager interview. Depends on what location you apply too and what questions the hiring manager requests
Telephone interviews from corporate office. Thorough and informative. Proceeded to another telephone interview with regional director which took about an hour. Asked good questions and also received company information and benefits. Compromised on salary which took another week.
