Interview
Fisrt thing was a phone interview then there was a group interview which was fine but they started late and I was on a meter (that should have been the first red flag), they took us on a tour and then that was it. Then I was called back for an one on one interview with the admissions director and the CEO. The admissions director was very nice but he is a little creepy. Now the CEO, this man was rude to me in the interview and dismissive. He interviewed me with his sunglasses on, do I need to say more. (this should've been my second red flag)

Interview
The initial interview is a group ice breaker session for management to weed out those they don't feel are a good match. The second interview is an individual interview conducted by the management team.
