Careem has the worst interview process I’ve ever seen in my life. Coming from a background of big international corporates in Europe, Careem treats interviewees like they’re numbers. They won’t even ask about experience in the first 3 interviews, they’re just measuring you through technical tests. They want someone who makes no mistake, who is overqualified for the job, can do it with their eyes closed. They’re not looking for people who will grow in the job. They’re not at all flexible in their interview process, they expect me to have 3 technical interviews in a week, each 1 hr long while having a full time job, which is obviously impossible when i need to go to the office for my job atleast 3 times a week. This is the third time I’m interviewing for them and honestly im not sure i want to work at a company that doesnt understand that people can make mistakes and just quantifies by numbers and doesnt value the fact that people growing on the job and they just want someone perfect to begin with
