It was very smooth going just be confident and please search about company’s vision because they always ask this question in interview. Phone Screening: A recruiter conducts an initial phone interview to assess your qualifications and fit for the role.
In-Person Interview: If you pass the phone screening, you'll be invited for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. This interview focuses on your experience, strengths in the pharmacy field, teamwork abilities, and availability for weekend shifts
