I applied online. I interviewed at CarePartners Health Services (Asheville, NC) in Jan 2016
Interview
In person and telephone interviews. Both were professional, courteous and time appropriate. I had the opportunity to tour facility and meet staff members of the team. I had plenty of time to review salary and work requirements in person and via phone before accepting the job offer. My skills, experience and education allowed me to negotiate my job title.

Interview
I was impressed that the organization took the time to bring several employees from different aspects of the job role to interview. The interviewing process was normal and other than my massive amount of questions theirs were leading and they were "cookie-cutter". I greatly appreciated meeting with each individual. The person leading the interviewing process was interim and did not follow up at the end of the interview to discuss future steps in process of hiring which was discouraging. The employees that I interacted with were some of the most professional that I have encountered and I was impressed with their candor. I quickly received an email after I followed up and that was appreciated. Overall, a great experience. The interviewing process lasted a bit over 2 1/2 hours.
