2 phone screens with various recruiters and 1 in-person interview. Recruiters were really responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with. In-person interview was also a good conversation. Never heard back after the interview. I had been advised that they might not fill the role quickly.

A few interviews with folks across the team talking about experience and hypothetical situations. This included peers, manager, and direct reports to all give feedback on my fit with the broader team.
