I applied online and shortly thereafter I received a call from the HR person who was really nice and was great and available throughout the process. After speaking with her I spoke with the hiring manger of my department. This was also a phone interview. I was then asked to speak with their superior which was also a phone interview. I then was asked to come in for a peer panel in person interview that lasted about an hour. I got an offer within a week.
