Applied, the about a week later, Over phone interview, then about a week later, in office with direct supervisor and office manager. Many questions about my personality and motivation for working in this field... did I want to stay long term, how much did I know about health insurance coverage, etc.

I applied and got an email asking when I was available for a phone interview within less than a week, which surprised me. The phone interview was scheduled to be around 20-30 minutes long, but took a little less time. It was an easy interview with basic questions such as "tell me about your personality and personal history" etc.
