Process was smooth, had an initial phone screen with recruiting manager followed by a phone interview with a senior level consultant. I was brought in for a face-to-face interview but afterwards have not heard anything from the company. Tried to follow up but still no response, if you read through the other comments it seems like this company tends to just keep people hanging.

I interviewed over the phone once and several times in person. Each interview was longer than the last and peeled back the onion. I felt like it was a mutual vetting process and that the entire branch was interested in deciding if I would be a good fit.
