I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cardinal Health (Ann Arbor, MI) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was two thirty minute, back-to-back interviews. It was straightforward and behavioral based with relatively basic questions that are not likely to stump you. The interview mostly came across as them wanting to see if you are a good fit for the company and if you fit well into the culture. The company gets back to you quickly regarding the offer decision. A month or so before your start date, a hair drug test must be completed that goes back 90 days.
I applied online and had a really good phone interview. Then went on campus in Dublin, OH for my in-person interview. Met other candidates, employees who were in the program a year ago, and toured the facilities . I had 2 interviews that were pretty basic behavioral questions.
I applied through LinkedIn and was emailed the next day by an HR rep. I had a 30 minute phone interview where they asked about my major, why healthcare, and why supply chain. I was emailed the next week saying I was selected for on site interviews. They flew me to their HQ in Dublin, OH and I had 2 back to back 30 minute interviews. They asked me similar questions as to why I wanted to work at Cardinal Health and in supply chain. Then they asked a few personal questions such as my biggest weakness and about a time I wanted to give up but pushed through. An overall pleasant experience and the HR rep and interviewers were very nice.

Interview
Applied online and received call for phone interview a couple weeks after. Flown to HQ in Dublin, Ohio. Very smooth process and they were very flexible and open to scheduling. Good experience with both interviews. Asked basic behavioral questions and ran through my resume, there were professional but casual. Also had to take a simple written assignment answering questions to see my writing style and communication.
