First step was phone screening with recruiter. After that then an interview with 2 people that I’d be reporting to. Final interview with team I’d be working with. I thought this process was very straightforward and a good way of allowing the team to determine if I’d be a good fit.

The recruiter asked a lot of questions about my previous experience to determine if the role was a fit. This also was a good way for me to have a better idea of what they were looking for and for me to determine if that aligned with my interests.
