Had a phone interview a couple months ago, but won't know about an in-person interview for a few more weeks because they have one day of interviewing. Phone interview was pretty basic.

Question 1
Talk about a time you had to defend something you didn't believe in.
very good, talkedto a few senior engineers who seemed mostly interested in what i had to say and asked me fair questions. Some were more technical but that goes for engineering roles.
Behavioral questions for every round, everyone was very nice and welcoming-making it more of a conversation than an interview, overall great process that really demonstrates the company and its values
