Group "firing squad" style interviews. The questions are fairly standard - very by the book. If you're an internal candidate, expect your attendance and work habits to be data mined prior to the interview date. Be prepared to give 4 words describing yourself, where you see yourself in 3-5 years, and if you have any personal contacts you would feel comfortable leveraging.

Interview
Phone interview via the headquarters in OH and then another phone interview through the site manager. The first interview was a screening interview and the second one was more of are you a good fit for our team type interview. They did reject me 10 mins after the interview had concluded saying my start date was too far off.
