Interview
The interview consisted of an initial phone interview. I then went to the Cardinal campus and submitted a written essay followed by two 30-minute indivudal interviews. The questions where entirely behavior based and the written essay was strictly an opinion of what I though of the company and what I hoped to gain from my internship.
