It was an evening group interview with 20 selected candidates. The purpose was to check the candidates' abilities to work within groups. Showcase their skills without interrupting others. I believe it was an hour and a half event or 2

It was fairly simple & straight-forward, the questions were standard but the group tasks were a bit more challenging & required a lot of confidence & good interpersonal skills (to quickly make friends with other candidates); however overall an engaging process
