I applied through an agency and subsequently went through a 2 stage interview process. First was a telephone interview which was relaxed and sought to get a bit more information about my previous experience. Afterwards, I was invited for a face to face interview with a Senior Business Analyst and another Business Analyst. The interview was relaxed and they asked more questions about my background while they also explained what the role entailed. Surprisingly, I got a call the next working day that I did not land the role as they felt my role before the last was "too unstructured" whatever that meant. Perhaps if employers are made to pay some fee for interviewing one, they will be less inclined to waste people's time.
