Interview
Several interviews, with different groups of people. Mixed in both technical questions but basic economics / finance questions and questions about the role / company and interests. Good mix of people
Several rounds with a writing task, Group task and 2:1 interviews. Some tough questions including how LDI works. Interviewers were friendly and overall, although long, the assessment centre was a good experience for understanding how the company works.

Interview
No phone interviews, straight to face-to-face interview with two interviewers. One of the most rude companies I have interviewed with. If someone accepts a job there, I imagine their daily life at work would be hell.
