Two interviews. They were late for both, but not a big deal. Nice people. Great concept. They asked basic questions, I was referred and do well in these kinds of roles. I felt very positive. Second interview is with the CEO. Some people are making real money here, even if the base isn't that big. The interview was very informal. No offer from them, they kind of vanished. I strongly prefer when a company lets you know, good or bad. Nevertheless, they are a young company that has lots of potential I think for a talented Account Exec.
2 Interviews. I had a 10 minute phone interview that covered work history and future goals. A couple days later met with VP of Sales for an interview. The interview went about 30 minutes. We revisited my sales history in depth, then went over the details of the account executive position. Overall the interview process was stress-free and helped me understand a lot about the company and its future.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CardTapp (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Brief phone screen with Ben Brashen the CEO. I then did a face to face with him in which he was very enthusiastic. He loved my background and style and I loved his passion. Then an interview with the co founder who told me he wouldn't "tell me how to sell" and sold me on the "hundreds of leads" they got everyday. The whole process took three hours and I was hired on the spot
