I applied through reference and interviewed at KOP office. had three hours of face to face and met panel of different engineers, architects and marketing team.all causal technical talks but nobody testing the job requirement skills. haven't seen real time problem solving or design related questions like other tech companies not sure why. perhaps they have to add in their screening to get the right candidates. I literally wasted my time there and finally they says i am not fit without asking a single question about the job skills. i am in the market for a while and was interviewed with other tech companies in the philly area and most of the them testing my skills with real time problem solving which is missing here and i understand they have a different way to gauge the resource which is unknown

Interviewed here some time back. Company has an impressive set up - west coast vibe. There are however a couple of young "kids" who apparently have a phd in Java 8. Was grilled on only a small area, which went well, but apparently not good enough. I felt, they were looking for a very specific culture fit ? Overall i felt it was a waste of everyone's time.
