4 total interviews phone screening - interview with hiring manager - interview with business analyst manager - interview with founder. Last interview with the founder was too casual and I think he ultimately has the last say in the hiring process. Wish they gave me any feedback from the process.
Waste of time. Within 5 min the interviewer said he wasn’t sure if this was the right job for me even when I tried to sell myself. Was frustrating and I would have not bothered with the google call if my experience wasn’t worthy. He also seemed very zoned out like he was high on something
