This was a very pleasant process! I was contacted by HR a few weeks after submitting an application online. We scheduled a phone interview, which was very basic, asking about my previous experience and my interest in media. The interviewer also suggested that I put an application in for a different position, because she thought I'd be qualified for it. I ended up getting a second round interview because of her suggestion! I was invited to the office (which is beautiful, by the way) and I was told I'd be speaking with 4 people. I ended up speaking to three people, separately, one after another. This was a little daunting because it was a triple interview, but that was okay. Each of them represented different teams in the department, so I was glad that I was being considered for all three. I had really pleasant conversations with each of them, and I left the office feeling excited. After a week, I let them know about another job offer I received, and then was offered the position that same day, just as I'd hoped! I'm very excited to have accepted the offer.
