Extremely lengthy and unnecessarily long; will take weeks to hear back if not months and months. Shouldn’t take this long for an entry level position and shouldn’t have to interview fifteen people for one entry level position

My interview process was similar to other reviews. I was paired with a recruiter who walked me through the process, which was so helpful and I felt so prepared for each step. It started with two calls with the recruiter before getting to talk with the team I would join. Then I had a final interview that presented me with an offer at the end. Very smooth and consistent experience!

Interview
You’re in contact with a recruiter the entire time who preps you for the interview. The recruiter will match you with a team that is hiring after passing the initial screening. The team specific interview is long, since it’s basically 3 people rotating in to interview you. However it’s fairly easy, a mix of technical, behavioral, and get to know you questions. Everyone was so personable and kind!
