I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cara Technology (Leatherhead, England) in Jul 2021
Interview
- quite long and detailed questions and discussions, the interviewers know their stuff; walk around the company and showing the premises.
- they allow me to ask several questions. - the interviewers also asked personal questions for example what I like to do in my spare time etc. No mention to the salary, which was done and negotiated just by the recruiter.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cara Technology (Leatherhead, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Really enjoyable multistage interview process. They have high standards as a global business being a market leader in what they do but throughout the interview process they were incredibly friendly and clear on what it is they do as a business and what they want to achieve. It was very apparent they are passionate and proud about what they do and I love that! For this role it consisted of an application, 1st stage teams interview and a 2nd stage face to face where I was also given a tour of the building.
