Interview
Applied online, the recruiter contacted me two days after. Basic phone screening with the recruiter inquiring about past experiences. Next interview was with two purchasing managers. They asked about 8 questions in total and it took a hour. Third and final interview was with the RVP. He asked 4 questions and said the recruiter would let me know next steps. The recruiter called 3 days later with a offer. Entire process took two weeks.

All "Tell me about a time questions" that usually fall into their core competencies categories. Pretty intense and must be STAR strict. Usually for higher up positions its usually 2 interviewers between two to three different interviews.

Long interview process. Had three separate interviews and also had to take a math competency test. The staff were very friendly and I felt like the managers tried to find the best candidates.

1 week total from start to finish, 1st a 100* question online test, 2nd a phone interview, then a panel interview with 2 senior buyers and a purchasing manager that took 4-5 hours
