Multiple interviews with managers. Performance based. It was slightly confusing trying to determine who was the hiring manager and what the roles of the other interviewers were. Starting the job and then being informed right away that you have to buy logo clothes for work was somewhat of a surprise.

All "Tell me about a time questions" that usually fall into their core competencies categories. Pretty intense and must be STAR strict. Usually for higher up positions its usually 2 interviewers between two to three different interviews.

Tell me about a time you had to analyze data to make a decision.
Long interview process. Had three separate interviews and also had to take a math competency test. The staff were very friendly and I felt like the managers tried to find the best candidates.

What was a work obstacle that you had to overcome and how did you do it?
1 week total from start to finish, 1st a 100* question online test, 2nd a phone interview, then a panel interview with 2 senior buyers and a purchasing manager that took 4-5 hours
