Interview
The Application process was very involved. Afterwards there were 2 interviews that consisted of a series of open questions about possible job situations and past experiences. The two hiring managers were very kind and courteous and genuinely were interested in helping you get the job. They explained everything as clearly as possible and let you know what procedure and policy usually takes place. They didn't get into specifics such as pay and start rate but did give a general idea no promises.

Be prepared to answer all questions in STAR format, which can make interview more difficult, other then that not to bad, there is also alot of turn over like a revolving door in multiple positions

Interview
Pretty straightforward, they ask a lot of what would you do in situations and what you bring to the table. They are eager to know if you have what it takes to be a perfect employer yet they always hire the wrong employees.
