Two stage interview process. First phase was an initial meet and greet interview. Second round which included a need to prepare and give a full presentation. This had on the day feedback from the presentation requirement with Q&A opportunities as well. It was a challenging way to have to show your skills and attributes to a potential employer. Certainly hardest process I've been through in my career with success thankfully.
