Went thru all of the stages of the interview and was trained before going thru it. They really want students to pass their companies. They did not really open up much about how they work but they did market most of the time their expert network, which is Capvision is mostly known for.
The interview process at Capvision is fairly structured and consistent with other expert-network / consulting-adjacent roles (like GLG, AlphaSights), but with a strong emphasis on communication, speed, and commercial thinking.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capvision in Jan 2026
Interview
For a company that focuses on fast and organized communication, you would think that they would have the decency to not ghost interviewees. Overall, general questions include understanding your work background and why you want to work in this role, along with if you understand what their company does. Interviews itself are not hard but the way the hiring team ghosts you is extremely frustrating.
