Regarding the out-of-hours contact, this was meant to make sure we remain responsive and keep you informed, as our team was also working extended hours at the time. We do operate with some flexibility in working patterns to support individual needs, such as childcare, which may have contributed to the timing of communications.
We sincerely apologise if it felt as though you were being ghosted. This was not our intention and was due to several team members being on annual leave, which impacted our response times.
In terms of salary, we aimed to be transparent from the outset, so we’re sorry to hear that the salary felt misaligned.
