      Dear Candidate, We’re very sorry to hear that you had a negative interview experience. We take great pride in providing a positive and respectful candidate journey, so it’s disappointing to learn that we fell short on this occasion. Regarding the out-of-hours contact, this was intended to ensure we remained responsive and kept you informed, as our team was also working extended hours at the time. We do operate with some flexibility in working patterns to support individual needs, such as childcare, which may have contributed to the timing of communications. We sincerely apologise if it felt as though you were being ghosted. This was not our intention and was due to several team members being on annual leave, which impacted our response times. In terms of salary, we aimed to be transparent from the outset, so we’re sorry to hear that the offer did not meet your expectations or felt misaligned. Thank you for your feedback, it’s genuinely appreciated and helps us improve.
