I had a very great call with the Talent Acquisition manager; however, my interview with the Client Strategy team didn't go as well. I was thrown off by the fact that it was obvious that neither the Director or the AD looked at my resume prior to the call. The AD was on her computer the whole time and wasn't even looking at the camera when speaking with me, which was quiet disrespectful. The Director was reading all the questions off of the paper, and some of the questions didn't relate to the job function at all. You have to understand that an interview is a two way process, and the candidates are also deciding whether the team would be a good fit for them. The interview process was so bad that I wouldn't have accepted an offer if presented.
